The bdaeej Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all products on the Platform including live casino, sports betting, slots, and any future products. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. Any winnings generated on such an Account will be forfeited in full, and any deposits made will be reviewed in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. bdaeej will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. bdaeej reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photographic identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete a requested verification process within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
All Accounts on bdaeej operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. bdaeej does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player when funding their Account via an internationally denominated payment method are the sole responsibility of the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdaeej reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable policy at the time. Players will be notified via their registered contact information before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, the Player must contact our support team.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the bdaeej support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures. Promotional Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. In rare cases, network delays or technical issues may cause a brief delay. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment notification, the Player should contact support with their transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. bdaeej reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud review, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. As a general rule, bdaeej will process withdrawals to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. bdaeej may, at its discretion, allow withdrawals to alternative registered payment methods following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the Account holder's verified identity are not permitted.
bdaeej does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladeshi mobile wallet methods. However, individual payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdaeej's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before transacting.
All bets placed on the bdaeej Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each product before placing a wager. bdaeej's decision on all game outcomes and bet settlements is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
Sports betting markets on bdaeej cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, beach volleyball, and other events as made available from time to time. Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are fixed at the time of confirmation unless the bet is subject to an in-play adjustment as disclosed in the relevant market rules.
bdaeej reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, an odds pricing error, or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity of the market. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. bdaeej will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly.

Promotional balances and free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. bdaeej is not obligated to extend the validity of any expired promotional offer.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdaeej Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the bdaeej Platform — including but not limited to the bdaeej brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, written content, game graphics, sound effects, software code, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of bdaeej or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdaeej.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdaeej operates. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bdaeej arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through bdaeej's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Players who do not accept the amended Terms have the right to close their Account prior to the effective date of the change without penalty.
